  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: Standard shipping is used, with rates based on order weight and destination.
  • Delivery Time: Typically, delivery within the continental U.S. takes 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

  • Getting your orders where they need to go
  • Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order
  • Shipping: Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination
  • Delivery: Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address

 

Returns

Plants

At this time we DO NOT offer cash/credit refunds on plants. Due to the nature of shipping plants there is a good chance they would not survive the return back to us. We do offer a Healthy Plant upon arrival GUARANTEE, that means any plant(s) that do not arrive Happy and Healthy are eligible for 100% free replacements!

As well as offering FREE replacements for any plants that DO NOT arrive Happy and Healthy, a customer can instead choose to be issued a Store Credit for the complete value of any plants that did not arrive Happy and Healthy. This store credit will be issued in the form of a store gift card and can be used towards any future purchases at ComfortPlants.com.

*Cold damage does not apply if a Heat Pack is not added during checkout.

Thank you for choosing Comfort Plants for your apparel needs. As we partner with Printful for drop-shipping our custom products, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below are the details of our return policy:

  • Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
    • Claims for products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us with your order number, detailed information about the issue, and photographic evidence.
    • If the issue is confirmed as our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Lost Packages
    • For packages lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and if confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent at our expense.
  • Incorrect Address
    • If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Shipments
    • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
  • Non-returnable Items
    • We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. If such items are returned, they will be disposed of.
  • Return Process
    • Please contact us before returning any products. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions. Note that returns should be sent back to our facility as specified in your return authorization.
    • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days if not claimed.
  • Returned by Customer
    • For any returns not covered by our policy (e.g., buyer's remorse or size exchange), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns should be made within 30 days of receipt, and the items must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • For customers residing in Brazil, regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to express their desire to return the item. Conditions apply based on the item's usage and condition upon return.
  • European Union Consumer Rights
    • Under the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, as well as sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery.

Frequently Asked Question

Can I order plants during the winter?

Yes - We ship plants all days of the year. With our greenhouses on both sides of the country, we are able to deliver a healthy plant to your door 365 days a year.

For cold weather areas we ask that you purchase a heat pack with your order. We recommend 1 heat pack per 3-4 plants.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

All our packaging is paper based and we try not to use any singe use plastic within our entire supply chain.

What if I have issues with my order?
