How to Care for Indoor Herbs

Love me some fresh herbs! There is nothing better than picking some basil on your kitchen counter to put on top of a dish. Or rosemary on some potatoes. I am getting hungry writing this!

Don't be afraid to get herb plants and grow them at home. They are easy! 

  • Lighting: Herbs do best when they get a good amount of sun. At least 5 hours a day of sun. The more sun the tastier they will be!
  • Water: Herbs like being kept moist to the touch. They enjoy daily waterings when they are getting sufficient light. Water in the morning is better for herbs.
  • Temperature: Herbs like being kept at 60-75 F. Follow these simple steps and enjoy the fresh herbs!
